Automatic Palletizer

Palletizing Machine is used to automatically stack products to pallets instead of by manpower. Depending on the available space and speed expectation from customer, there are single channel gantry type palletizer, double channel gantry type palletizer, single column palletizer and robotic palletizer optional for customer’s decision. Palletizing machine is widely used to automatically stack carton boxes, plastic cases, film wrapped packages onto pallet, it can dramatically save labor costs and reduce labor intensity.

Usually the palletizing system is composed of conveyor, automatic stacking unit, Empty pallet storage unit and control system.

The whole system is PLC controlled with HMI touch screen, highly intelligent and easy for operating, high working efficiency and low breakdown, concise but durable.
