Palletizing Machine

Robotic palletizer is applied to various cased or secondary packaged products for automatic conveying, tidy, and palletizing operations. Cases are transffered to differential conveyor and sorted by rotary conveying unit if necessary, arriving to the robot handling position.

The machine frame is welded by profiled steel bars, and there are leveling screws for machine adjustment. Stainless steel conveying rollers for products intaking and buffering, conveying rollers for finished pallet is carbon steel or chain optional.

Single column palletizer is usually applied to the stacking of heavy packs, such as carton packages, plastic packages, film wrapped packages or barrels with products packed inside already.

Palletizing Machine is used to automatically stack products to pallets instead of by manpower. Depending on the available space and speed expectation from customer, there are single channel gantry type palletizer, double channel gantry type palletizer, single column palletizer and robotic palletizer optional for customer’s decision.
