Chain-wheel Case Packer

Chain-wheel type case packer is a highly intelligent machine for automatic cartoning suitable for glass bottles and PET beverage bottles.

The machine consists of bottle feeding unit, carton feeding unit, guiding frame and chain-wheel grasping structure. When the grouped products are transported to the working area, the chain-wheel catching unit takes the products and follows the trail of the chain on the wheel to release the products into carton boxes. It is PLC controlled with a touch screen and has the feature of no bottles not working, alarming when bottle missing, ease of operating, an ideal machine for an automatic packaging system.
